Our spacious guest rooms are light and airy with large windows and lovely views of our lawns and landscaped grounds. Each room has been beautifully furnished, featuring tasteful artwork, elegant window treatments and individual air conditioning during the summer months. All feature private bathrooms with large, soft bath towels, herbal glycerin soap and shampoo. Hair dryers are available on request.
All daily rates are for double occupancy and include a full candlelight breakfast each morning.

| Federal House Inn: Terms and extra information:
A full deposit is required at the time of reservation for a one night stay, a 50% deposit is required for a stay of more than one night.
Cancellations with a notice of two weeks or more will be refunded less a $20 processing fee. Any cancellation received less than two weeks prior to the reservation may not receive credit unless we are able to rebook the room.
A three-night minimum on weekends applies during July and August. Minimum stays may apply on certain weekends during other times of the year.
Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Early and late check-in must be arranged in advance, without exception. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
For your special occasion we will be happy to arrange for extras such as flowers, wine, champagne or other goodies. Payment may be made by cash, personal check, travelers' check, Master Card, Visa, American Express or Discover Card.
The daily rate for an additional person in a room is $25. |
