We have five guest rooms on the second floor of the 1830 main inn and an additional six rooms in the 1790 guest house next door. All have private baths. Each room is individually decorated to capture the spirit and charm of a New England farmhouse.

From May 20 to October 20 our four cabins are also available. Each is different but all have an open porch with incomparable views of the Green & Taconic mountains, private bathrooms with showers and are heated for your comfort.
Whether you reserve a room, suite, or cabin, you will enjoy unwinding in our common rooms--meeting new friends around the fireplace in the parlor, doing jigsaw puzzles in the dining room, delving into the game cupboard, or quietly reading.
You're also invited to enjoy a selection from our extensive wine cellar.

All rates shown are based on double occupancy per night. Vermont state sales tax will be added. All rates are subject to change without notice. Please inquire about specials, extended stays and midweek rates.
RESERVATIONS: Confirmed upon receipt of deposit equal to one night's charge. Extended stays or special events may require additional deposits. Deposits may be paid by Visa, Mastercard, Disover, American Express or personal checks. Credit cards are charged at the time the reservation is made. Personal checks must be received within 10 days of making the reservation or the reservation will be cancelled. Personal checks will not be accepted for payment of final balances at checkout.
CANCELLATIONS: Deposit, less $15 administrative charge per room, will be refunded only if reservation is cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date. With less than 7 days' notice, deposit cannot be refunded. Extended stays, multiple rooms or special events require that cancellations be made 14 days or more in advance to receive a refund. You will be so advised at the time your reservation is made.
SMOKING: Not permitted anywhere inside the inn buildings.
MINIMUM STAY: A two-night minimum is required for most weekends. Please call for last-minute availability.
